Calvin Paquette
Founder and CEO
Calvin Paquette is a US Air Force veteran and former Intelligence Community analyst whose career spans the Air Force, NGA, and IRS, with a consistent focus on enterprise security, systems modernization, and operational decision-making under pressure. As founder of Halobond, Calvin applies structured I&W tradecraft, the same methodology used to detect strategic threats before they materialize, to enterprise revenue operations. The result is an early warning system that helps executive teams identify revenue slip and operational risk before they become surprises. He holds an M.A. in Intelligence Studies. When he's not building Halobond, Calvin is a husband and father based in Northwest Arkansas, chasing birdies, PRs, and good coffee in roughly that order.
